CNI SBSS is enabling different stakeholders from the community- men, women, youth and children, to develop skills and competencies to take greater control of their own lives and contribute to inclusive development of their villages. This leads to them being resilient and better placed to confront economic and social challenges.
Through trainings and workshops, they are capacitated in areas of farming, alternative livelihood opportunities, business development, marketing, finance and for tapping benefits and opportunities from different Government programs and schemes. The community Youth are provided vocational trainings in different fields, life skills, inputs on personality development and communication skills to make them employable for skill-based jobs.
